Welcome Steve Fabian, Max Planques, and Xinbei Luo

Please join us in welcoming three new additions to the MarshallZehr team: Steve Fabian as Vice President, Business Development, Max Planques as Director, Corporate Finance, and Xinbei Luo as Analyst, Real Estate Debt.

Steve brings over twenty years origination and due diligence experience within commercial and construction lending, having focused on GTA development projects and commercial properties. Steve has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Hertfordshire, and was a professor at Seneca College, instructing the mortgage licensing program.

Max has over ten years of progressive finance experience and is arriving from Brookfield Asset Management where he worked on the financial operations of some of the world’s largest private debt funds. He has a background in asset management, infrastructure, and renewable energy, and holds a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University.

Xinbei has nine years of professional work experience with a diverse journey from external audit to corporate financial planning and analysis. She holds a CPA designation and has passed Level II of the CFA examination. She also holds a Master of Finance degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.
