Our leadership brings decades of experience across real estate, development, lending, capital markets, and corporate finance, including senior roles at public and private companies. Together, they have built MarshallZehr into a platform that spans the full life of a real estate financing.

Our Real Estate Finance team originates and structures debt across the property lifecycle and across the capital stack. Every mandate is underwritten in-house, sized to the asset, the sponsor, and the business plan, and matched with the right capital through our established network of institutional and private capital partners.

Our Corporate team leads finance, accounting, legal, compliance, and human resources, providing the governance and controls that underpin the platform. Operating under FSRA and BCFSA oversight, we deliver timely, transparent reporting to our capital partners, lenders, and regulators.

Our Mortgage Operations team administers loans on our platform from funding through repayment. Supported by Navigator, our proprietary technology, the team provides active oversight across the portfolio, protecting the security behind every position and supporting sponsors through each stage of their project.

Our Technology team builds and maintains Navigator, the proprietary platform at the core of MarshallZehr. Developed in-house, it connects every stage of a financing on a single system. The team also supports our people day to day and upholds the security, privacy, and data-integrity standards our sponsors and capital partners rely on.
