Welcome Mark Miller and Ben Perdomo

Please join us in welcoming two new additions to the MarshallZehr team: Mark Miller as an Analyst, Real Estate Debt, and Ben Perdomo as Manager, Mortgage Operations.

Mark brings over five years of analyst experience and has held positions in asset management, investment advisory, and real estate development. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in finance from the University of Ottawa. Mark is also currently pursuing his CFA and has passed the level 1 exam.

Ben is originally from Colombia, where he worked as a Project Manager in real estate for over 15 years, primarily focusing on multifamily, ground-up residential projects. In Ben’s most recent role of Director of Acquisitions and Investments, he was involved in every step of the process from underwriting deals to raising capital for project financing.
