Welcome Leonardo Regis Ribeiro and Matthew Gibbard-McCall

We are excited to kick off the new year by expanding our team with two exceptional new hires: Leonardo Regis Ribeiro, our newest Software Developer and Matthew Gibbard-McCall, joining as a Mortgage Operations Analyst.

Leonardo has over a decade of software engineering experience, working at various organizations in Brazil before relocating to Canada. Prior to joining MZ, Leonardo was a Software Developer Intern at Descartes Systems Group in Waterloo. He holds degrees in Information Systems, Data Science & Big Data, and Software Architecture, along with a recent graduate diploma certificate in Mobile Solutions Development from Conestoga College.

Matthew graduated from Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Commerce & Graduate Diploma in Accounting. He began his career at EY as an Intermediate Accountant before joining Grant Thornton as a Senior Associate in Corporate Restructuring. Actively pursuing a CFA designation, he’s completed level 2 and fulfilled his CFE for the CPA designation.
