Welcome Asif Virani, MBA, and Neimat Waraich

MarshallZehr is excited to introduce two new members to our growing team. We are pleased to welcome Asif Virani, MBA, who joins us as Manager, Mortgage Operations, and Neimat Waraich, as Office Admin Assistant.

Asif is a seasoned professional in the field of commercial lending, boasting an impressive 13-year career. Most recently, he served as the Manager of Commercial Real Estate Lending at Home Trust Company. His experience extends internationally, having worked in Pakistan and Dubai before establishing Canada as his home in 2018.

Neimat also has international experience, holding a master’s degree in psychology from Panjab University in India. She has dedicated the past 5 years to working as an administrative assistant in the logistics industry, before relocating to Canada in March 2023. Neimat’s passion for continuous learning and event organization set her apart as a standout professional for this position.
