Urban North in Barrie breaks ground

BARRIE, ON – On Friday December 4th 2020, we were proud to be part of a groundbreaking ceremony to celebrate Urban North townhomes, a partnership between Pace Developments and MarshallZehr Group.

When completed, Urban North will house over 1,700 families in townhomes and condominiums in the southern end of Barrie. Residents will enjoy convenient access to the GO Train, community park areas, and downtown attractions. Urban North’s proximity to Lake Simcoe and everything Barrie has to offer will make Urban North an attractive community for active professionals and families.
