Unit closings commenced at EVE Park development

We are happy to announce that unit closings have officially commenced at EVE Park in London Ontario!

In May 2023, MarshallZehr provided a $20M construction loan for the project to facilitate the completion of phase 1, featuring two clusters of townhomes, comprised of 21 residential units each.

EVE Park has closed 17 units to date, with an additional 13 closings anticipated by the end of the month.

Over the course of development, EVE Park has gained significant local and international recognition for its innovative, carbon net zero features that have raised the bar for sustainability in real estate.
