MarshallZehr and Freed Corp are partnering on the construction of the AnX, a contemporary condominium development located on Dupont Street in Toronto, ON.

We are proud to announce the closing of a $147M construction financing to complete the development of the AnX, which will comprise of 118 residential units and 63,600 square feet of commercial space across two structures on Dupont Street.
