MarshallZehr is proud to provide a $20M land loan to Spotlight Development for their The Inclusive on Courtland development in Kitchener, Ontario.

The project is a multi-phase mixed-used development that will contain four high-rise residential towers and a ground floor retail space. Spanning over 6.3 acres, it will also include three levels of underground parking and approximately 1,500 parking spaces.

The Inclusive on Courtland will do its name justice by bringing 2,500+ units to the community with an affordable housing component, as well as a 24/7 daycare facility, and social and medical services.

Spotlight Development demonstrates admirable social responsibility throughout their business ventures by partnering with non-profits including Habitat for Humanity, Trillium Housing and WoodGreen Community Services.
