s2e Technologies reaches occupancy at EVE Park

Congratulations to our client, s2e Technologies on reaching occupancy at their EVE Park development in London, Ontario. EVE Park sets a new standard for sustainability in real estate development, by incorporating a variety of innovative carbon and waste reduction features throughout the project.

MarshallZehr provided a $20M construction loan in May of this year, to facilitate the completion of the development’s first phase. Phase one features two clusters of townhomes, bringing 42 impressive net-zero residential units to the community.

We are pleased to see great progress being made on site and are happy to congratulate the homeowners who are moving into their beautiful new homes!
