Pembroke development receives draft plan approval

We are pleased to congratulate our client, TMM Pembroke Inc., on receiving a draft plan approval for their upcoming development located in Pembroke Ontario. The 87-acre development is poised to introduce 884 new residential units to the community, comprising a diverse mix of townhomes and single-family dwellings.

In support of this project, MarshallZehr was proud to provide a land financing solution in September 2022. The first phase of development is planned to commence in March 2025, with site servicing on the initial 20 acres.
