Occupancy reached at Marbella Condominiums

We are pleased to congratulate our client, Urbane Communities, on beginning occupancy at their Marbella Condominiums development in Niagara Falls, Ontario!

Marbella Condominiums is a four-story development comprised of 133 residential units. It features two luxurious buildings, showcasing a modern design that will appeal to a range of demographics from working professionals to retirement-aged couples.
