Nahid Broadview takes shape through substantial construction advancements

MarshallZehr is proud to announce the latest milestone achieved by our client, Nahid Corp, on their Nahid Broadview development located in the heart of Toronto, Ontario. We extend our congratulations to Nahid Corp on the successful completion of excavation and shoring, and we eagerly anticipate the installation of the on-site crane, which is set to take place in the coming days.

Last December, MarshallZehr provided a $30M construction loan for the development. We are thrilled to see the significant progress that has happened on site in just a matter of months.

In light of Toronto’s rapid population growth, the demand for quality housing continues to rise. Upon completion, Nahid Broadview’s 6-story structure will offer 33 luxurious residential units along Broadview Avenue.

We look forward to witnessing further advancements to this exciting project and to supporting Nahid through the entire project lifestyle.
