Nahid Broadview completes superstructure

We are pleased to congratulate our client, Nahid Corp., on completing the superstructure at their Nahid Broadview development in Toronto, Ontario.

Nahid Broadview has gained positive media attention from news outlets like UrbanToronto for the significant progress that has been made over the course of development.

Located at 800 Broadview Ave., the 6-storey luxury condo is set to bring 33 residential units to the city, ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom suites.

MarshallZehr provided a $27M construction financing solution toward the project in December 2022 and we are excited about the positive impact this project will have in the growing City of Toronto.
