Congratulations to Double Diamond Capital for securing a $27M land refinancing solution for their 150 Randall development in Oakville, Ontario.

The project will bring nearly 300 residential units and a ground-level commercial space to the community. The development is conveniently located within a 10-minute walk to essential amenities along Lakeshore Road, comprised of restaurants, cafés, art galleries, and high-end retailers.
