MarshallZehr partners with Park View homes on $7.5M land servicing capital for Bellamy Farm Phase 2 and 3.

Bellamy Farm is a 48.75-acre residential development in Smith Falls, south of Ottawa ON. Phase 2 and 3 will consist of 166 townhomes and 84 single family homes, in addition to the sold-out 63 townhomes from Phase 1.
