How does your work as a Software Developer help to drive our business forward?

As software developers, our primary goal is to automate processes within the business. This automation allows teams across the organization to focus more on client relationships and less on manual tasks. By optimizing payment processes and other administrative functions, we help save the company time and ultimately enhance client satisfaction.

How does Navigator compare to other software you have worked on?

I’ve worked with various generic product applications designed to fit multiple business profiles. In contrast, Navigator is tailored to align with MZ’s specific needs, providing direct solutions to our business. It’s more specialized and continuously evolving to improve workflows, making it superior to more generic software.

There is a lot of hype right now on AI. Will we see AI in Navigator?

Absolutely. While we might not see AI in the form of prompts like ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, we will use AI as a supporting tool for development. AI will help us automate processes further and enhance our platform’s capabilities, continuing to drive the business forward into the future.
