MarshallZehr provides land financing to Crown Communities

MarshallZehr was proud to provide a $14.5M land financing solution to Crown Communities for their latest development at 1012 Yonge Street in Barrie, Ontario.

Spanning 10 acres, the multi-phase development will bring 1,100 new residential units to the community, alongside 12,565 SF of commercial space at ground level. 1012 Yonge Street will offer a selection of retail amenities and convenient access to transit, including the nearby Barrie South GO Station.

The neighbourhood has exciting plans for urban expansion with schools, recreational facilities, and transportation upgrades, and 1012 Yonge Street will be a key contributor to the city’s evolving landscape.
