Congratulations to Tobyn Park Homes on receiving a $20.5M land loan for their Park City development in Burlington, Ontario. Park City is a multi-phase development spanning over 6.17 acres in Burlington’s Tansley neighborhood.

Upon completion, the development will feature four luxury residential buildings, including one assisted living retirement residence, bringing a total of 627 new condo units to the community. Construction and registration on one of the four buildings is complete.
