MarshallZehr provides a $10.85M land loan for upcoming Scarborough development

We are pleased to have provided a $10.85M land loan to our client, LCH Developments, for their Cliffside Condos development in Scarborough, Ontario. The loan refinances debt on the current land assembly and finances the acquisition of the final parcels for the assembly.

Cliffside Condos is currently in pre-construction phases and will feature a 10-storey tower with 194 residential units, seven live/work units, seven rental replacement units and a ground-level retail space. The property will also include two levels of underground parking and a rooftop amenity space featuring breathtaking views of the nearby Lake Ontario.

Conveniently situated on the east side of Kingston Road, commutes to downtown Toronto will be a breeze with the Scarborough GO Station just 5-minutes away. Residents will also enjoy the convenience of everyday nearby amenities including retail, restaurants and grocery stores.
