This loan will facilitate the completion of the development’s first phase, which features two blocks of townhomes, each comprised of 21 residential units. Ellis Don, acting as the construction manager, has made substantial progress on the construction of the two townhome blocks; additionally, the project has achieved a significant level of pre-sold units.

Featured in the Ontario Home Builder, Eve Park is ranked as the most high-profile modular construction project in Ontario. This equates to faster, stronger, and cleaner materials. This multi-phased development will seek to set a new standard for sustainable building in the real estate industry by incorporating various innovative carbon and waste reduction features, ensuring the project meets the highest environmental benchmarks. EVE Park will achieve an impressive Net-Zero Energy target, significantly decreasing its carbon footprint.
