MarshallZehr funds branded gas station in Dufferin County, Ontario

We are pleased to announce that MarshallZehr has provided a construction loan toward the development of a branded gas station in Dufferin County, Ontario.

The project includes the construction of a gas station and an adjoining convenience store. The site is also adjacent to a retail space that is set to house a quick-service restaurant. With building permits currently in place, the project will enhance convenience in the community while capitalizing on its prime location.
