MarshallZehr is pleased to provide $26M construction financing to Kingridge Development Corporation for their 585 Hanlon Creek development in Guelph, Ontario.
When completed, 585 Hanlon Creek will feature 51 industrial condominium units across 5 buildings at the Hanlon Creek Business Park. This development will respond to a significantly under-serviced market for well-priced, flexible commercial and industrial spaces.
Centrally located in Ontario’s Innovation Corridor, 585 Hanlon Creek is 5 minutes from Highway 401 and close to Toronto, Hamilton, and Kitchener-Waterloo.
