MarshallZehr is pleased to provide $103.8M construction financing to Savic Homes for their Highland Road purpose built rental development in Kitchener, Ontario.
The two towers feature a total of 312 residential units in addition to 5,000 square feet of retail space. We are proud to share that this purpose-built rental will also offer affordable units in the underserved Kitchener-Waterloo market.
MarshallZehr and Savic Homes have been working together on the previous two phases of the Highland Road development, and we look forward to continuing to help bring this exciting – and much needed – project to life.
