MarshallZehr and Urbane Communities agreed to $41.4M construction capital solution in Niagara Falls, ON

MarshallZehr and Urbane Communities have agreed to a $41.4M construction capital solution for Marbella Condominiums, a premium residential development in Niagara Falls, Ontario.

When completed, Marbella will feature 99 contemporary condominium units across two mid-rise buildings.
