Congratulations to Aalto Development on reaching the completion of their Lākhouse development in Barrie, Ontario.

Lākhouse Lakefront Residences is a 10-storey resort-inspired project featuring 178 residential units boasting stunning views of Lake Simcoe.

Over the course of development, the Lākhouse team reached many remarkable milestones, including achieving the ‘Project of the Year Award’ at the Simcoe County Home Builders’ Association gala in 2022. This award represented their commitment to excellence in bringing the vision of Lākhouse to life.

In December 2020, MarshallZehr provided a $27M 2nd mortgage for the project after acting as the broker on the 1st mortgage. We were proud to witness the dedication made by the Aalto Development team as the project evolved.
