Hedge Road Landing receives $16M financing solution

MarshallZehr is proud to have arranged a $16M financing solution for Alliance Homes and The Rose Corporation, to support phases 2 and 3 of their Hedge Road Landing development in Georgina, Ontario. This loan follows our $54M financing for phase 1 of the development in 2022.

Phase 1 of the project is underway and includes 144 units, with 14 currently delivered. Phases 2 and 3 will feature 168 units, bringing 312 low-rise bungalow homes to the community upon completion.

Hedge Road Landing is located on the beautiful south shores of Lake Simcoe in Jackson’s Point and is designed to enrich the local community with quality housing.
