Construction progress at Narrative Condos

We are proud to celebrate significant progress made by our client, Crown Communities, at their Narrative Condos development in Toronto, Ontario.

In just a few short months, both 11-storey residential towers have successfully completed the superstructure of the first and second floors. This rapid progress underscores the efficiency and dedication of the team at Crown Communities.

In August 2023, MarshallZehr provided a $222.5M construction loan toward the project which is now well on its way to transforming the community. We are proud to witness these remarkable advancements and look forward to the positive impact Narrative Condos will bring to the area.
