Ballantry Homes receives second mortgage for Hillsburgh development

MarshallZehr has successfully arranged a $58M financing program for Ballantry Homes for their Hillsburgh Development in Erin, Ontario – inclusive of a $13M second mortgage. When completed, the 131-acre plot will be transformed to bring to market over 750 dwellings inclusive of detached homes, townhouses, and apartment units.

Erin Ontario is experiencing significant growth due to its beautiful terrain, proximity to the GTA and exceptional quality of life. To meet anticipated population growth, sizable investments have been made by the Township and landowners’ group to establish new and far-reaching infrastructure. This development will play a crucial role in expanding the regional infrastructure and housing supply. Hillsburgh’s strategic location will provide seamless travel with a large network of arterial highways and close proximity to the Town of Orangeville, the City of Guelph, and the City of Brampton.
