Avalon Urban Towns reaches substantial completion milestone in Kitchener, ON

We are pleased to share that Avalon Urban Towns Phase III Block E has reached substantial completion.

Developed by Savic Homes in Kitchener Ontario, Avalon Urban Towns Phase III features two structures: Block E and Block F, 68-unit and 128-unit condominium rental properties respectively. MarshallZehr collaborated with Savic Homes to create a bridge and construction capital solution that gave them the additional capital flexibility they needed.
