MarshallZehr, Alliance Homes and The Rose Corporation have agreed to a $53.7M capital solution in Georgina, Ontario.

Hedge Road Landing is a two-phase low-rise residential development situated on the south shores of Lake Simcoe in Jackson’s Point. When complete, the active lifestyle community will feature 316 cottage-style bungalow homes.

Collaborating closely, we crafted a flexible capital solution that enabled the project to maintain momentum and support the full build-out of Phase 1. As of February 2022, 83% of Phase 1 units have been pre-sold.
