Marbelle Group receives construction financing for 15 Cannon

MarshallZehr is pleased to have provided a $11.7M construction financing solution to Marbelle Group for their 15 Cannon development in Hamilton, Ontario.

Upon completion, this 6-storey mid-rise building will encompass much needed rental inventory complimented with a commercial component on the main floor and one level of underground parking. 15 Cannon is just steps from Hamilton’s downtown core amenities, where renters can access an abundance of shops, restaurants, and entertainment.
